- Is it easy to buy online from Heat Bits?
Yes - simply browse or search the product you wish to purchase, click on the 'add' button and then 'confirm' the quantity you require to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card details will be taken. 
It's that easy!

- Are all the products on your website in stock? 
We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are currently in stock and available for immediate despatch. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will contact you as soon as possible to either suggest a carefully selected alternative, or to advise you of a delivery date.

- Can I order by phone?
Yes. You can place an order with us over the telephone. Simply call 0845 070 7874 between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

- Do I get a VAT invoice? 
Yes, when you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, and when ordering via the website you have the opportunity to print your order details. We will then send you a VAT invoice by post.

- Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address?
Yes. When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different to your delivery address the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your payment card is registered.

What do I do if I've ordered the wrong product? 
We can only accept product returns as a result of incorrect ordering at our discretion. Products must not be returned to us without prior notification and must be unused, in good condition and in the original primary packing, which must also be in good condition and suitable for resale. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  

- What if my item is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item, please call us on 0845 070 7874 and we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected from you and returned to us. We will inspect the item on return and offer you a free replacement.

 - How are my items shipped?
If you order with us before 2pm on a weekday, we use a courier service so you will receive your item next day, or as soon as possible. There is no shipping charge for orders over £45. Please check the 'delivery information' page for more details.

- Do you offer any discounts?
At Heat bits, we believe that we offer our goods at very fair and reasonable prices compared to our competitors. We may offer you a discount if you are buying in bulk. Please ask our helpful staff for more information when ordering.
